Lynsey is a former journalist, TV Producer and aid worker and a voracious reader. In 2018 she set up the award winning, inclusive children's book organisation Little Box of Books, to tackle the lack of diversity in children's books. She wanted more children to see themselves in stories, she wanted to bring equality into classroom bookshelves and help children understand that there is no such thing as normal. Since then Little Box of Books has delivered more than 150,000 inclusive books to schools, they have partnered with Rochelle Humes to get books into schools and worked with KPMG, The English Football League, numerous football teams and Avanti West Coast to diversify school bookshelves all over the country.
