Bio
I am Dr. Camilla Pang, a scientist with a PhD in Computational Biochemistry, specializing in sustainable innovation. My background in pharmaceuticals has led me to harness BioAI to minimise resource use in drug discovery labs, and I have a keen interest in green software development. Currently, I serve as the Strategic Advisor in Sustainability at Sustonica, where I am dedicated to fostering sustainable practices within the hospitality sector.

As the 2020 Royal Society Prize-winning author of 'Explaining Humans', I aim to make complex subjects both accessible and impactful. A fervent advocate for neurodiversity, I promote inclusive environments and empower individuals through my writings, TEDx talks, and my involvement in policy development with the European Commission on mental health. Additionally, I am a trustee at the Light Year Foundation, working to enhance STEM education for students with special educational needs. In all of my endeavors, I strive to create spaces for neurodiverse minds - the hidden treasures of evolution and a much needed ingredient to building better futures.
