Former primary school teacher Lucy Starbuck Braidley is Senior Programme Manager for Reading for Enjoyment at The National Literacy Trust where she leads a team working with school across the country to inspire children to read for pleasure through their Libraries for Primaries programme. Lucy is a comics and graphic novels enthusiast and is the host of Comic Boom: The Comics in Education Podcast, a podcast for teachers and librarians, designed to promote the use of comics in schools in education.
